The CIA's MK Ultra are the ones who are violating human rights,
and actually committing crimes, doing this.
THEY also used microwave. But THEY learned how to use microwave
modulated radio waves of lower frequency to achieve the same effects.
This is done by satellite today.
These satellites present a public hazard. They are nuclear powered
satellites. These satellites actually have little nuclear reactors in
them, to give them maximum power of resolution and effect.
These satellites can easily fall out of orbit and cause anything from a
Chernobel pollution, to a Hiroshima bomb sized explosion. Such
information is classified to conceal serious crimes.
Back in 1988 I was in my wife-to-be's town house with her father and her
son, who were respectable people. Her father worked in government
archives, and her son was a construction engineer.
Then I felt the usual microwave radiation ripple through my thighs. And,
it gives you a smothering uneasy feeling. Well, I remembered a Star Trek
show where the crew was made irascible by a particular modulation of
radio transmission. This happened here.
Her father and son started fighting over something trivial, and my
wife-to-be joined in the fight. I looked out the window, and near by,
there was the familiar white van that kept me under surveillance.
After we were married, one night I heard a bubbling in the toilet tank.
The microwave had set the water in the toilet tank boiling. My wife and
I both got temporary pancreatitis from that.
Strong microwave, or microwave frequency modulated radio waves of any
frequency, are resonant to water, and resonant to the water in your
body, so that these transmissions will burn and swell the ducts, from
your organs, closed.
It isn't enough for THEM to violate your privacy, THEY get bored and
have to entertain themselves by doing more harm. THEY will give you
hours of overloaded high amplitude radiation to punish you for arbitrary
reasons.
These human rights violations constitute assault and battery. Though
they are done by remote control, like some kind of sci-fi, they are
physical attacks just as sure as if THEY beat you with sticks.
At this late date, resonances with all kinds of things are being
exploited. The resonant frequency of the squamous tissue of the nose is
often used to cause rhinitis to annoy THEIR victims.
Of course the motive is to drive their victims to ignorantly blind
themselves with corticosteroids, to reduce communicative abilities. Bad
drugs like this are deliberately stocked to deal with the victims of
illegal and un-Constitutional punishment of citizens who haven't broken
any law on the books.
If complaint isn't potentially effective against this abuse, why do
these criminal agents go to such lengths to suppress complaining?
Agents maintain personal relationships with actors, directors, and movie
writers to inject propaganda into the public media that chips and radio
transmission surveillance and punishment are far out, sci-fi, wacko,
paranoias.
Today, with pets being tracked by chips, it can be seen how easy this
always was. On the simplest level, it can be seen that a simple diode
can act like a common light reflector, but in the radio part of the
light spectrum.
THEY were exposed in the Fall of 1977. Eight hundred criminally
associated CIA employees were fired. Soon THEY were all hired back and
continued where THEY left off.
The NSA is known as "the serious" intelligence agency. We can see why.
This government needs to clean up and get rid of all the foolishness,
criminal, and un-Constitutional activity, before it rots apart.

Dumbass...if a white van parks in front of your house, call the cops. Tell
the cops they were soliciting all the kids in the neiborhood to go for a
ride.
If that doesn't work, park one car right in front and one car right in
back. Then sit back and wait for the cops to come.
When they get out of the van take their pictures. Come back and post them
to usenet along with the licence plate.
or....get a lawn chair, sit it right next to the front door of the van, and
read the newspaper.
ANYBODY parks in my neiborhood and just sits there will soon be met by old
ladies from the neiborhood watch.
I think your watching too much 70's tv.

The "usual microwave radiation ripple through my thighs"???? Is this
something you feel regularly?
