Do it all the time. Use diamond hone for carbide, India stone for HSS.
Best is: buy'em done from thew factory. Carbide cutters are readily
available now with some variety of corner rads.

How do you plan to create relief on the cutter edge?

I used to do this all the time using a simple india stone....yes on
carbide. It wore the shit out of the stone....but the material removal
rate on the endmill was very controlled & very consistent flute to
flute. Easy to control the relief also....all depended on what angle
you hold the flutes to the stone. Enter modern times, when having a
proper coating means EVERYTHING. Taking a coated endmill and stoning a
corner rad onto it works in a pinch....however most all mfg's now
produce tools with common rad's....coated off the shelf.

Jeff,

Grow some and stop beating around the bush.

1. I'm interested in the details on your Cuttermaster Pro that was
suppose to be available in June 09.

2. I'm interested in trying your files.

3. I'm interested in that unique wheel you show on your website.

4. I'm interested in an affordable optical drill grinder like the
Optima.

5. I'm *NOT* interested in the cheap Chinese drill grinders that you
sell. There might be an idiot shop owner in Valencia, CA who buys
cheap Chinese Kurt knock off vises at auctions and thinks he got a
bargain that is.
