Good Input Jon .
re the Pro:
http://www.cuttermasterpro.toycen.com/index.htm

the pro is almost done waiting on electrics wheel covers and paint
(is variable speed)
Conquest in California is ready to build.
if youd like to try a GS drill point grinder let me know ill send one
down , they are a step way up from Darex
the Diamond Corner Rad file seems to work quite well , you can get a .
02 rad in about 3 strokes , thought it best to offer a good corner
prep solution with my equipment.

give me a call if you have any questions or would like to try a
file , the wheels will be out this fall

That looks like a sweet machine. Kinda reminds me of the old
cincinnati tool & cutter grinders. Plus its made in the USA!
I'm thinking about possibly going into business (on the side)
sharpening end mills, drills, reamers ect. Set the wife<g> &
Son's ,unemployed college buddies up with the cuttermaster pro in my
garage.
Wonder how long it takes to do a sharpen on a drill? end mill? Heck
most of the end mills are only dull/beat the 1st 1/8-1/4" , so its
just a bottom sharpen. Alot cheaper than doing flutes also like most
resharpeners do. Ball end mills - just the ball needs touch up,
retaining full size diameter for 3D. Hmmmmmmmmm.... just a thought.
Of course this would be setup next to my injection molding machine
pumping out a HOLDZEM=A9=AE every 10sec's. :-)

dream on butter cup.

Lots of good ideas. Needs a built-in video inspection system and a
reasonable price.

You mean a monoset?

At the moment I don't think it's made yet.

If you need video inspection get a "smart scope" machine. That SOB can
check any thing! just by using a B/W grayscale camera.
Whadya mean the company cannot justify 30K?

mono who? is that what you call'em?
To the best of my knowlege they are, as previously stated:
cincinnati tool & cutter grinders. Lots of big shops/manufacture's
had'em in the day. Usually a tool crib attendant(hehehe) would spend
his down time sharpening the plants tooling, be it end mills, drills,
reamers ect & even places that had Brown & Sharp Screw machines,
making cams & tooling
Ah yes those were the days, sulfur oil, pimpley legs from oil soaking
thru your rubber apron, my Dad would say, he was a Screw Machine guy.
A whole days work would fit into 2 5gal buckets. lots of those old
B&S's have been converted to CNCs!

Wonder if he'll send me the one that's on the skid at his shop on
consignment?
I'll test it for him - free of charge- so he can make improvements.
Fuck the video, big ass magnifier lens - well lighted. Maybe with
cross hairs on it, kinda like a shadow graph.
