Solid Edge with Synchronous Technology has already shipped to Siemens/
UGS VAR's so they can get up to speed. Beta testing is over. I'd say
you will see the actual product shipping in the next 4 to 6 weeks or
sooner. At that point your clients should be able to get trial
versions of Solid Edge with Synchronous Technology. Price is going to
start around $5,000.

I hear Siemens may also be a SolidWorks trade in / trade up program.
Siemens is going to be very aggressive in putting the pressure on
SolidWorks and Autodesk Inventor.
