That's very kind of you, but not necessary, as I now self-lubricate -- a
protective Darwinian-like adaptation, donchaknow....
I could, however, use a few dozen insertions.... I mean, inserts, square
carbide.... :)

City Hall does not like to lose, and will be seeking any excuse
to stick it to you. Be prepared for hourly property inspections,
tickets for trash on property/sidwalk such as a cigarette butt or
gum wrapper, improper parking [7 inches not 6 from curb],
"excessive" noise, environmental violations, etc.

What they are likely to do is excercise eminent domain George.
The Supremes have upheld it for tax enhancement.

Meant to say they should of declared everything on the other side as
commercial--which would of worked great for all involved excepting very
recently given the escalating price of resi v/s commercial props has
basically reversed.
