I'm converting a 120-150,000 BTU natural-gas salamander heater to propane.
I've machined a new jet block and have everything now except a length of
hose. I need 5-8 feet of propane hose to go from the propane regulator to
the heater, but can't find anything locally that's cheap. Any of you guys
have a few feet of 3/8 ID surplus Buna-N hose I could scrounge? Perhaps
from an obsolete appliance? Theoretically it should be 350 psi bursting
pressure, in case the regulator fails. At least that's what McMaster sells
for this purpose. Thanks for any help you can provide.
