Looked to me like they were trying to roll it up those stairs on the
board ramp that they had laid on the stairs.....when they got tired
from pushing it about half way up and lost control of it.
They at least should have had some kind of anchor at the top and a
saftey cable to the spool.
A fine example of not thinking too well. And they were lucky that
thing didn't kill someone.....because if it bowled someone over it
would have.
