Two lengths of 2x6 to bolt to the stand feet to provide a continuous support
for rollers. Pry bar and scraps of wood to lever stand up so that planks can
be put under feet for screwing on. 2x4 piece screwed between planks at front
8'x4' sheet of 3/4 ply. two 2x4s as stiffeners with the 2" sides coach screwed
to the ply on top side. At least three 1" rollers. Lightweight winch lashed to
seats of van or bulkhead, as appropriate. Length of rope. Attach rope to 2x4
at front of lathes.
You can do the whole job yourself, but it will be more than twice as fast with
a helper to steady things, place rollers etc.
