Hi,

Thanks all for the helpful advice, ssorry for the repeated post above but I got
confused by the nomenclature.

It seems to be quite common to call ballnose endmills bullnose endmills in the
UK, this threw me, hence my repeated post.

Yep, that did the trick, I had misread Johns post above as "corner rounding
endmill" when he'd actually said "corner radius endmill" which is a completely
different thing. Several posters here have pointed out that J&L sell them and
they are on offer atm so I will put an order in.
