Can anybody tell me, "what will be the range of base (parent) metal
quantity (for good quality of welding) present in a weld bead formed,
if I am using TIG welding with same composition of filler metal as that
of parent metal?"

gee, sounds like it must be take home exam time again!

Answer depends on your weld technique, size of the bead, amount of
penetration.
