I have not tested it, but I will prior to selling. I assume that it is
in a good condition. Price for local cash pickup is not advertised due
to craigslisters picking it up on google, but very advantageous and I
expect it to be less than what I would get on ebay or craigslist.

Millermatic 250's are the "no shit", analog MIG welders that are very
popular for medium size industrial guys and hobbyists alike. Single
phase. Includes gun.
